Stavros Ioannou who is the founder and managing director of the Law Firm, has graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with an LL.B (Hons) in Law in1980. He has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 1983. Stavros is also a member of the Famagusta Bar Association.

As a practicing lawyer he has handled many cases civil and criminal. He is the legal advisor of private companies. He has expert knowledge and experience in Business, Corporate, Commercial, Company, Employment, Property, Wills and Administration of Estates Law.

He has been a President of the Famagusta Tennis Club for 4 years and for the last 15 years he is the secretary of the Cyprus Tennis Federation. He is also a member of the Famagusta Lions Club.

Giannis Ioannou is a partner of the Law Firm. He graduated from the University of Bolton with LLB (Hons) degree. He is a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2013. As a practicing lawyer he has handled both criminal and civil cases. He has also generated knowledge and experience on Corporate, Commercial, Land, and Immigration Law .

Yiota Ioannou is the managing director of Ioan Net Secretarial Services Ltd. 

Iliana Othonos is the head of the paralegal and secretarial department of the firm. She has been working for with the Law since 2010. She graduated from the Frederick University in Cyprus with BEd in Primary Education and from the Neapolis University Pafos with a MSc in Educational Psychology. Also, acquired Intermediate diploma in accounting and finance. Through her actively engaged employment, she has generated knowledge in various area of Law.
